Product

A gate for every voice.

VeriGate determines whether a voice belongs to a human or to a machine: during the call, before your automation acts, or retrospectively on your recordings. Your telephony stays unchanged, your data stays in-house.

Flow

How a screening runs.

The call runs

Your telephony stays as it is. VeriGate listens on the channel or reads provided recordings.

Real-time screening

The voice is scored continuously while the conversation is still going. No prior enrolment of the caller needed.

Finding per case

Score and classification: human, synthetic or uncertain. Machine-readable, documented, ready to feed your systems.

Decision

Pass, hand over to a human, or block. When in doubt, the automation never decides.

Fail-closed

Doubt never opens.

The principle behind VeriGate is as old as any sluice: what is not verified does not pass. If a voice cannot be confirmed as human, the case goes to a person. How this decision logic works in detail deliberately remains a trade secret.

Live

Notice inside the call

Your agent sees the assessment while still on the phone and can stop or escalate the case before anything is authorised.

  • Real-time scoring
  • Finding stays documented in the case
Gate

Barrier before automation

Voicebots, IVR and workflows only receive voices the gate has confirmed. Everything else goes to your team.

  • Fail-closed as the base principle
  • Protection against automated bypass
Archive

Findings on your material

Existing recordings are screened and scored. You learn which calls were synthetic and how large your exposure is.

  • No changes to running systems
  • Results in weeks, not quarters
Deployment

Self-hosted, without compromise.

Audio stays in-house

VeriGate runs in your infrastructure. No forced cloud, no conversations shared with third parties.

No system changes

Deployment sits next to your existing telephony. No replacement, no migration, no downtime.

No voiceprints

No biometric database is ever built. The GDPR Art. 9 process simply does not arise.

Scales with volume

From a pilot on archived material to a live gate across your entire call flow. Licensing follows your volume.

FAQ

What decision-makers ask first.

Does VeriGate need voice samples from my customers?+
No. VeriGate determines whether a voice is synthetically generated or manipulated, not whether it matches a stored sample. That is why it works from the very first call and needs no biometric database.
What happens when VeriGate is uncertain?+
The gate stays closed: the case goes to a human, not to the automation. Fail-closed is the core principle of the method.
Where is my audio data processed?+
In your infrastructure. VeriGate is self-hosted; there is no forced cloud and no sharing of conversations.
How fast do we see first results?+
With the archive screening, in four weeks: you provide recordings, we deliver findings on your own material, including a risk profile of your call traffic.
Does VeriGate replace our existing fraud prevention?+
VeriGate closes the gap that knowledge-based questions and one-time codes leave open: according to Pindrop, 53 percent of fraudsters pass knowledge-based checks and one in four passes OTP. Without screening the voice itself, the acoustic layer stays unprotected.
What does VeriGate cost?+
The annual licence follows your call volume and deployment pattern. We define the frame together in the pilot, based on your measured values instead of generic assumptions.
